Pamako

Multi award winning extra virgin olive oil from Crete.  This oil has some of the highest polyphenol levels on the market with 2000mg/KG.  A daily consumption of just 7 grams of PAMAKO protects blood lipids from oxidative stress.

The monovarietal oil is made with the Tsounati olive.  The olive groves are situated at an altitude of 500 to 700 meters in a rough and rugged terrain, very hard to reach at places with no road access to the majority of the olive groves.  There are no use of chemical fertilizers or sprays in the grove.  Harvesting is done by hand as heavy machinery cannot access the site, with workers having to climb tree’s to access the fruit.
