Balsamico Di Modena When the Este family arrived in Modena from Ferrara in 1598, they discovered the uniqueness of a territory rich in unique flavors, among which balsamic vinegar stood out, then mainly produced at a family level, and favored its use on their refined tables. Hence a first impulse to the diffusion of the precious condiment among the European courts and nobility and the beginning of an ascending parabola that continues to the present day. Today Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena enrich the recipes of the most qualified chefs and are sought after everywhere in the world.
